Details: Create Rock Star glitter toe nails easily with this kit. Each kit contains:
1 x base coat
1 x top coat
1 pair of toe separators
3 x cuticle sticks
1 x file
1 x small dusting brush
Do this over paper or something else you can use to pour excess glitter back into the jar.
Push back the cuticles on your nails and then apply one coat of base coat.
Using a teaspoon and holding your foot over something that can pour excess glitter back into the jar, sprinkle the glitter over the wet base coat.
Let the base coat dry, then apply two coats of Top Coat sealer and you are done.
