BMNE Direct knows that sometimes you want to order items by do not always have enough spare to pay for the entire order at that time, we are happy to be able to offer our buyers the opportunity to order and pay their orders off.
How it works...
1. orders must be over $150.00 in goods value (this does not include the postage component).
2. You can select a weekly, fortnightly or monthly installment plan.
3. You are required to pay 1/4 deposit and then regular payments in accordance with the time frame you select. The default is monthly, should you prefer weekly or fortnightly all you need to do is email us and request the change, be sure to advise of the order number you are applying the installment time frame change to. The full amount owing is divided into 4 separate payments.
4. Layby is only available for goods purchased using a credit card for payment.
5. You as the buyer understand that you are giving BMNE Direct permission to debit your card on a regular basis until the order is paid in full.
6. The goods are not shipped until the order (including the postage component) are paid in full.
7. Layby is only available to residents of Australia.
8. If the payment plan is defaulted on or cancelled by the buyer, BMNE Direct will retain the deposit.
9. BMNE Direct must be notified of a cancellation in writing, either via email or by snail mail to BMNE Direct Pty Ltd, 49 Addicott Way, Taylors hill, 3038.
10. In the event of a cancellation, notified to us in writing, BMNE Direct will retain the deposit and refund the balance paid less any fees incurred for refunding the money, such as bank fees or fees charged to BMNE Direct by their merchant bank.
11. The maximum time allowed to pay off a layby is 4 months.
12. If you select to layby your order you agree that you have read and understand our terms and conditions.
13. Payments will start from the time the order is placed, if there is a default on payment the order will be classed as cancelled due to the buyer not fulfilling their contractual obligations.
