The ingredients are all natural:

Natural Sea Salt: full of natural minerals and provides excellent exfoliation.
Dead Sea Salt: Renowned for its high mineral content.
Spa Minerals: comprised of Zeolite minerals which are proving themselves able to draw out toxins and help the healing process.
Macadamia Oil: An all Australian natural oil, full of all the B vitamins, full of minerals including Potassium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Calcium with smaller amounts of sodium, selenium, iron, manganese, copper and zinc being present. Their Vitamin content includes Vitamin E, Vitamin B1 [thiamin], Vitamin B5 [pantothenic acid], Vitamin B6, Vitamin B2 [riboflavin], Niacin and Folate [folic acid] restores suppleness to dry, stressed and sun drenced skins
Fractionated Coconut Oil: non greasy, sinks right into the skin.
Loofah particles: for extra exfoliation Essential Oils which make up our unique scent of ginger, orange and vanilla.
Emulsifying wax, cetryl stearyl acetate, shea butter, preservative.

Directions for use: This is a solid scrub Before first use, microwave for 30 seconds, then stir to mix thoroughly to a breadcrumb mixture as it cools, use a spoon to scoop a teaspoon or two to the palm of your hand, add a little warm water and apply using circular motions, rinse off with water. You probably won?t even need moisturiser.
