I am not receiving emails from BMNE Direct

If you are requesting a new password or have placed an order on the website and have not received a confirmation email from us, chances are you are with Bigpond and may have previously marked an email from us as SPAM. Cloudmark who appear to be managing bigpond's emails will bounce those emails back to us and you will not receive them. You will need to "whitelist" us with your email provider to ensure our emails do not bounce back. Please contact your email provider to find out how to do this.
