Prep the nail as you normally would, then apply one layer of Base LED Gel, apply like nail polish, let it sit for a few seconds to level, cure with:

12 Watt LED Lamp - 15-20 seconds
UV Curing Lamp - 60 seconds

The base will be sticky after curing which is what you need for your next coat to adhere efficiently.
