ArtOnNails are specialist colours which can safely be added to acrylic monomer and gel without compromising the integrity of the product. You only need a few drops at a time and these colours will save you money. No more buying individual acrylic and gel colours that can be very expensive, all you need is ArtOnNails and you can mix any colour and any shade you want. One 15ml bottle will last you ages, won't go off and will enhance your nail art range.
You can purchase the colours individually or in a set of five which contains Yellow, Red, Blue, Green and Violet. All the colours can be mixed together to obtain different colours and shades. Also available is a Gold Shimmer and Pearl Shimmer liquid which will add another dimension to your nail art. The 5 colour set comes in a neat little blue pouch with instructions and a colour chart for mixing.
How do you use ArtOnNails
It is really easy to use. If you are adding it to gel, we recommend using the ArtOnNails palette for mixing, take the amount of gel you think you will need for each colour and place it on the palette, start adding ArtOnNails colour 1 drop at a time until you reach the desired depth and shade. Using a cuticle stick mix the colour into the gel. Now apply the gel as you would normally, we recommend a 3 minute cure time.
For a transparent effect in gel add ArtOnNails to clear gel and for an opaque (solid) colour add ArtOnNails to white gel. If you have left over gel on your palette you don't need to throw it out, place the palette into a plastic bag and seal it off, then place the palette somewhere out of the light and flat so the gels won't run and your coloured gels will be ready for when you want to use them again.
To use ArtOnNails with acrylic powders all you need to do is take some monomer and place the amount you think you will need to complete your set into a dappen or if you can be more organised get separate bottle which will hold monomer and is airtight and premix it with the colour. If you are using a dappen with monomer add 1 drop at a time until you reach the desired colour and shade. Give it a little stir with a cuticle stick or toothpick. Now all you need to do is continue to apply the acrylic as you would normally. Using clear powder you will get a semi-transparent effect with acrylic and use white powder and you will get an opaque effect.
Use ArtOnNails as a background with glitter, use it to marble the design, create a stained glass effect. The options are endless.
Also available in the range is a Gold Shimmer and Pearl Shimmer. These shimmers can be used in a couple of different ways. They can be used as a base for your nail art by adding a couple of extra drops to make the colour a little more intense, this will also give a metallic effect when applied to the nail. Use less - one very small drop or dribble off a toothpick and then use it as a finishing layer for a lovely shimmer.
